The entire lodge is made of locally harvested cedar and assembled with help from aboriginal people in our community.  Our kitchen features authentic aboriginal prepared foods such as Atlantic Salmon and bannock along with our new fiddle-head chowder. You must sample our seafood dining with premium items such as Atlantic lobster and mouth watering snow crab. Walking Trails
Enjoy the great outdoors by taking a walk on our groomed walking trails. These trails take you right down to the river and will also lead you to the neighboring Metepenagiag Heritage Park.

Private Rooms

    
The Lodge has 10 comfortable bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Each room has its own private entry out onto the wrap around deck. The rooms can also be accessed through the main lodge. The deck is screened in during the summer to provide guests with even more comfort and protection.  All rooms are non-smoking.


Seasonal Room Rates:  
May - October   $128/night based on double occupancy
October - May    $99/night based on double occupancy

A Loft or a Cozy Meeting Room?

     Relax in our comfortable private loft overlooking the dining area. Put your feet up and relax on our comfy sofas, or sit out on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air.  If your a small group booking the lodge, your welcome to use this area as an informal meeting space. Guests will also enjoy the free wireless high speed Internet that can be accessed anywhere in the lodge.  A television is provided along with games, cards, and reading material.

Disconnect to Re-Connect! There is no cell phone service at the lodge.  Realize the benifits of disconnecting from the everyday fastpace world and reconnect with nature and loved ones. Guests are to use the guest phone located in the main room of the lodge. For Skype users you can enjoy the free wireless Internet.
